Runaway report taken at the Sheriff's Office.
Grand larceny report at Breedens' Addition.
August 14
Destruction of property report taken on Valley Road.
Larceny report taken on Winchester Grade Road.
Fraud report taken in Spruce Pine Hollow.
August 15
Child custody dispute on Rt. 9 East.
August 16
Two vehicle accident report taken on U.S. 522.
Alarm on Winchester Grade Road. All appeared secure.
Assist Emergency Medical Services on James Street.
August 17
Search warrant service on Martinsburg Road. SWAT team, K-9, two additional deputies and two troopers utilized. Heroine, cocaine and a large sum of cash seized.
Breaking and entering investigated at Rankin's Mobile Home Park.
Arrest of Bruce Bowers for breaking and entering.
August 18
Arrest of Raymond L. Unger, of Martinsurg Road for delivery of a controlled substance.
Burglary report taken on Jim West Road.
Grand larceny report taken in Paw Paw.

Breaking and entering of an automobile report taken at Pleasant View Community Center.

Battery report taken at the Catawba Club Apartments.
Littering report taken on Timber Ridge Road.
Trespassing report taken on Appalachian Way.
MCSD also issued 16 traffic citations and warnings, responded to seven additional calls not requiring written report and issued two civil papers this past week.
