Kathleen and Matt Lieberson of Damascus, Md., announce the birth of their second daughter, Megan Anna on May 21, 2007 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Md., weighting 8 lbs., 4 ozs. Maternal grandparents are Jim and Anna Shearer of Berkeley Springs. Paternal grandparents are Joe and Ann Lieberson of Potomac, Md.
