Airport has new owner

U.S. Silica sold the Berkeley Springs-Potomac Airpark to River Bottom, LLC on Friday, July 20.

The deed filed with the Morgan County Office of Records lists Melinda B. Golden of Hancock as the sole and managing member of the corporation.

U.S. Silica General Counsel James Manion said nothing has changed with the operation of the airport.

He said U.S. Silica will continue to keep their aircraft at the airpark.
