David W. Bartlett

David W. Bartlett, 42, Hancock, died Tuesday, July 10, 2007 near Hancock.

Born September 18, 1965 in Brookville, Pa., he was the son of David E. and JoAnne Hiles Bartlett of Hancock.

He was a 1983 graduate of Hancock High School.

He was employed with L.W. Wolfe, Inc. in Myersville, Md., as a roller operator.

He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 26 Hancock.

Besides his parents he is survived by his wife Barbara A. Peck Bartlett; one daughter, Amber Dawn Bartlett, Berkeley Springs; one stepson, Joseph Allen True II, Hancock; two sisters, Sharon Hendershot and Debbie Reed, both of Hancock; one brother, Richard Bartlett of Mexico.

A service was held Friday, July 13, at the Grove Funeral Home, Hancock. Rev. William Swope officiated. Burial was in the Parkhead Cemetery, Big Pool, Md.
