Mr. and Mrs. William Allgyer and Lenue McCumbee of Berkeley Springs announce the engagement of their daughter Amanda McCumbee to Ryan Belcher, son of Jeffrey and Susan Belcher of Princeton. She is a graduate of West Virginia University and is employed with E&H Maufacturing.

An August wedding is planned.
