Richard Lee Decker, 52, of Martinsburg, died June 13, 2007 at City Hospital.

He was born in Berkeley County April 2, 1955, son of the late Charles Decker Jr. and Fannie Butts Decker Link.

He was employed by the Martinsburg Journal.

Survivors are first wife, Sherri Hudson; one son, Charles W. "Billy" Decker, Martinsburg; one stepdaughter, Crystal Ann Breeden, Martinsburg; one stepson, David Breeden, Martinsburg; four sisters, Caroline Foster, Gerrardstown, Libby Conner, Martinsburg, Anita Means, Charleston and Sharon Divine, Harpers Ferry; two brothers, Robert Decker and Mike Decker, both of Martinsburg; one granddaughter, Mariah Decker and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one son, Richard Lee Decker, Jr.

Funeral services will be today, Wednesday, June 20, at 11 a.m., at Pleasant View Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Martinsburg.
