Donna Lynn Walter, 35, of Independence Street, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $321 court costs for two counts of obstructing an officer.
Brian K. Huggett, 44, of Princess Drive, Hedgesville, was sentenced to 44 days in jail and ordered to pay $411 fine & costs for violation of a court order.
MacKenzie Michael Miller, 30, of Cacapon Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $286 fine & costs for driving while his license was suspended (2nd offense).
Kacey Jane Studley, 30, of Duane Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $161 fine & costs for driving while her license was suspended (3rd offense).
Carrie M. Rhea, 20, of Catawba Drive, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $221 fine & costs for failure to attend school (1996 charge).
