May 21
Burglary report taken at Timber Ridge Motel.
Alarm in Old Mill Manor Subdivision. All appeared secure.
May 22
Arrest of Titus Myers on charges of failure to pay child support.
May 23
Suspicious vehicles reported on CSX property near Hancock Bridge. Area patrolled, nothing located.
May 24
Dirtbike stopped and impounded on New Hope Road. Citation issued to a male juvenile.
May 25
ATV complaint on Sir Johns Road. Area patrolled, negative contact.
Assist West Virginia State Police with a protective order violation on River Road.
Single vehicle accident investigated on Rt. 9 West.

Malicious assault report taken in Paw Paw.
Domestic dispute on Warriors' Lane. All verbal.
Unwanted person reported on Randolph Spencer Drive. Subject gone on arrival.
Motorist assist at the entrance of Cacapon State Park.
May 27
Two vehicle accident investigated on Valley Road.
Fight involving multiple suspects at Fords Trailer Park. Charges pending.
Alarm at the Bank of Romney, Paw Paw. Met with key holder, all secure.
Verbal disagreement on Randolph Spencer Drive

Domestic dispute at the Catawba Club. No injuries, male agreed to leave.
May 29
Welfare check on Bethel Road. All in order.
Two vehicle accident investigated on Timber Ridge Road.
May 30
Burglary in progress on Clarion Lane. Arrested were Corey Gregory, 22, and Thomas Murphy, Jr., 19, both of Great Cacapon. A juvenile male was charged through juvenile court.
Loitering in Great Cacapon. Several local subjects advised to vacate the area.
Credit card fraud complaint made at the Sheriff's Office.
May 31
Domestic dispute at Sleepy Creek Campgrounds. All verbal, one party gone upon arrival.
Arrest of two juvenile males for tresspassing at Berkeley Springs High School.
June 1
Burglary report taken on Johnson Mill Road.
Sturcture fire on Longview Drive. First on scene, made sure all persons were out.
Domestic dispute on Martinsburg Road. All verbal.
Alarm on Bear Lope Lane. All appeared secure.
Arrest of John G. Sindelar, 57, on charge of driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Burglary report taken in Cherry Run.
Burglary report taken on Rock Gap Road.
June 2
Arrest of Trevor Widmyer, 19, on charge of military desertion.
Single vehicle accident investigated on Luther Michael Road.
Fight responded to in Great Cacapon. All parties refused charges.
911 Hang up on Fairfax Street. Kids playing with phone.
911 Hang up on Central Avenue. Subject hit wrong number on speed dial.
Two vehicle accident investigated on Martinsburg Road.
Single vehicle accident investigated on U.S. 522.
Attempted larceny of an ATV report taken at Ace Hardware.
June 3
Assist Berkeley County Sheriff's Office with the location of a person on Orleans Road.
911 Hang up on Ridgeview Drive. Children playing on phone.
Battery report taken in Great Cacapon. Charges pending.
Arrest of Jesse Cain for alleged probation violation.
MCSD also issued 48 traffic citations and warnings, served 46 civil papers, conducted three home confinement checks, made 11 transports, and responded to 44 additional calls not requiring a written report these past two weeks.
