Garnet Marsh is unopposed in her bid for reelection to a second term as Town Recorder.
Eight candidates are running for the five town council seats. They are: David Crosby, incumbent; Dave Duncan, former councilman; Kenny Easton, incumbent; Nancy Russell Harvey, incumbent; Dale Lutman, incumbent; Scott Merki; Ryan Rebant; and Jim Slough.
Michelle Ritchie is also listed on the ballot, but told The Morgan Messenger last week that she is withdrawing from the race. Rebecca Mallory also withdrew her candidacy and is not listed on the ballot.
Voting will be done at Bath Municipal Center between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Election Day, June 12.
Early voting and absentee voting have been under way in recent weeks and will continue through Saturday, June 9.
