Illegal burn reported on Harmison Lane. Advised of local laws.
Unattended death investigated on Bradley Brook Lane.
Fight reported on Pacific Street. Subjects declined charges.
Bomb threat at Warm Springs Middle School. Female juvenile charged with terroristic threats.
Arrest of Michael A. Vaughan on a failure to appear in court warrant.
May 8
Assist Paw Paw PD with a vehicle search. Sheriffs' K-9 deployed.
Drug complaint. Five juveniles investigated for possession of illegal prescription meds at Warm Springs Middle School. Charges pending.
Animal complaint. Dog located in a steel trap on New Hope Road. Animal taken to vet for medical treatment by Animal Control. Investigation ongoing.
Animal complaint. Dog tearing up trash bags on Truman Street. Located dog and owner, advised owner of local laws.
May 10
Alarm at Hancock Airport. All secure.
Assist WVSP with a prisoner transport.
Domestic dispute on Blazer Lane. Verbal dispute.
Noise complaint on Rt. 13. Area patrolled, nothing found.
May 11
Alarm on Spohrs Road. Canceled en route.
ATV complaint on Mountain Run Road. Unable to locate.
Disturbance reported on Henry O. Michael Road. Verbal disagreement.
May 12
Alarm on Good Times Drive. All secure.
Malicious assault report taken at the Troubadour.
K-9 vehicle search on Meyers Road. Small quantity of marijuana located. Passenger cited.
Arrest of Michael A. Hustler for DUI and speeding.
Vehicle search on Valley Road. Small quantity of marijuana and paraphernalia located, two passengers cited.
May 13
Assist BSPD on Mercer Street with a smoke investigation. All in order.
Reckless driver reported in Great Cacapon. Unable to locate.
MCSD also responded to 24 calls not needing written reports, issued 64 traffic citations and warnings, conducted six transports, one home confinement check and served 14 civil papers this week.
