Recent sentences by Magistrate Greg Miller:

Michael John Burton, 30, of Fairfax Street, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a year in jail for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages, and a second offense of driving while his license was suspended for DUI. He must also pay $1,546 in fines & court costs.

Jonathan Eylicio, 21, of Paw Paw was sentenced to a year in jail and ordered to pay $186 costs for domestic battery. Eleven months of the jail term were suspended and he was placed on two years probation, with the condition that he must attend counseling.
