Rebecca I. Weigle

1928-2007

Rebecca I. (Householder) Weigle, 78, of Ridgeley, died Saturday, March 10, 2007.

She was born March 12, 1928, in Alquippa, Pa., the daughter of the late Samuel and Goldie (Crone) Householder.

She was a graduate of Oldtown High School.

Surviving are three daughters, Mary Dawn Smith, Ridgeley, Lyndia Main, Short Gap and Elizabeth White, Morrisville, Vt.; four sons, Larry Weigle, Jr., Short Gap, John Henderson, Cumberland, Daniel Weigle, Ridgeley and Rick Weigle, Albuquerque, N.M.; two sisters, Betty Twigg and Bonnie Miller; 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her husband of 44 years Larry Earl Weigle, Sr.; two sisters, Jane Muller and Mary Irons; and one great-granddaughter.

Funeral services will be conducted at Snyder's Chapel Church, today, Wednesday, March 14, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Martha Ognibene and Rev. Donald Dick officiating. There will be one hour visitation prior to the service at the church.

Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., Cresaptown, handled the arrangements.
