More bond restrictions
On Friday in Morgan County Circuit Court, additional bond requirements were placed by Judge Gina Groh on Tex B. Simmons of Laurel Hill Lane, Berkeley Springs.
Simmons, 55, was indicted in January for first degree sexual assault and for sexual abuse by a child custodian. His bond had been set at $25,000.
Prosecutor Debra McLaughlin asked that additional restrictions be imposed on Simmons, including that he not be allowed to have contact with children. Judge Groh granted the request.
