January 29

Breaking and entering report taken on Gokey Lane,

Domestic dispute on Kilgore Lane. Resulted in issue of protective order.

Arrest of Allison Locke for revocation of home confinement.

Parking violation. Vehicle left unattended and in street on Concord Ave. Vehicle towed pending owner notification.

Single vehicle accident report taken on Howard Street.

Destruction of property on Mountain Run Road.

Home confinement violation on Country Road.

Arrest of Zebulon Weinschel for revocation of home confinement.

Missing person report taken.

Single vehicle accident report taken on River Road,

Domestic dispute on South Washington Street.

January 31

Arrest of Jesse Stevens-Jackson for worthless checks.

Domestic dispute on Independance Street.

Burglary report taken on Clarion Lane.

Child custody dispute in Fox's Hollow.

Breaking and entering report taken on Rockford Road.

February 1

Breaking and entering report taken at the VFW.

Alarm at Warm Springs Middle School. All secure.

K-9 Search of Warm Springs Middle School. Results negative.

February 2

Alarm on Virginia Line Rd. All appeared secure.

Single vehicle accident on New Hope Road.

Single vehicle accident on Rt. 9 East. Charges pending.

Motorist assist on Green Gate Road. Driver stuck in ditch.

Destruction of property report taken at the Intermediate School.

Breaking and entering report taken at Affordable Auto.

Alarm at Napa Auto Parts. All appeared secure.

February 3

Domestic Dispute on Murphy Road.

Breaking and entering report taken at the 19th Hole Cafe.

Arrest of Jeremy Spencer for a probation revocation.

February 4

Assist WVSP with a vehicle accident on Green Gate Road.

February 5

Domestic dispute on Cacapon Road.

Domestic dispute on Truman Street.

Welfare check on Martinsburg Road. All in order.

Disabled vehicle on Valley Road, towed.

Two vehicle accident on Broadway Street.

February 6

Suicide attempt on Rt. 9 East

Petit larceny report taken at Food Lion.

February 7

Single vehicle accident on Potomac Road.

February 8

Alarm on Householder Road. All secure.

Assist WVSP with a vehicle accident on Rt. 9 East.

Domestic dispute on Bethel Road. Charges pending.

February 9

Arrest of Cassandra Smith on a bond revocation order.

Reckless driver reported on Rt. 9 East. Unable to locate.

Assist BSVFC with traffic control at a structure fire at Tri Lake Park.

Single vehicle accident on Milo School Road. Driver cited for leaving the scene.

Fight report at the Bowlerama. Fight over when deputy arrived, charges declined.

February 10

Reported drunk driver on New Hope Road. Driver located and not intoxicated.

Alarm on Highland Place. All appeared secure

Assist BSPD with a traffic stop near Berkeley Castle.

MCSD also responded to 57 calls not requiring reports, issued 24 traffic citations and warnings, served 40 civil papers and conducted eight transport these past two weeks.

February 5

Single vehicle accident at 42 Independence Street. Vehicle into a structure.

February 6

Two vehicle accident on Rt. 9 East no injuries.

Breaking and entering on Harrison Avenue. Assisted West Virginia State Police.

February 7

Burglar alarm at 64 South Green Street, located an open door in the basement. Residence was searched. Nothing found.

Indecent exposure in the 7-Eleven parking lot.

Reckless driver on N. Washington Street.

February 8

Vehicle lockout at St. Mark's Church.

February 9

Assisted medic squad with traffic on S. Washington Street.

Commercial burglar alarm at CNB.

February 10

Disabled motorist on N. Washington Street.

In addition to 911 calls received there were 47 parking citations issued for the week of February 5-10. Also 56 traffic citations issued and 14 warning citations for the week of February 5-11.
