Man sentenced for second DUI

A Berkeley Springs man was sentenced on February 5 to six months in the Eastern Regional Jail after pleading to DUI charges that arose from an incident last year.

Steven Flanary was sentenced by Circuit Judge Gina Groh to six months in jail for a second offense of driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages as well as six months for driving while his license was revoked for DUI.

The sentences will run concurrently. Flanary must also pay a $250 fine plus court costs, according to the Morgan County Circuit Clerk's office.
