Two sentencedin circuit court

Two men were placed on probation by Judge David Sanders in Morgan County Circuit Court on January 25 after they pled to crimes.

Adam L. Saville, 20, of Plantation Place Drive, Martinsburg, was given a suspended sentence of one-to-15 years in prison for burglarizing a Morgan County home last August. Saville was placed on three years probation and must pay $300 restitution plus court costs.

William C. Smith, 36, Mawani Village Lane, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentenced of a year in jail and was placed on two years probation after pleading no contest to carrying a concealed weapon during an incident last May.
