Police Chief James Minton reported the following incidents this week:

January 29

Psychiatric problem, Martinsburg Road.

Drunk driver, Martinsburg Road.

January 30

Alarm at Post Office, checked all ok.

January 31

Illegal dumping at Dollar General.

Domestic, 359 N. Washington Street.

February 1

Vehicle lockout on Fairfax Street.

Complaint of unwanted person at 7-11.

Parking complaint at N. Mercer Street.

February 2

Vehicle lockout at 7-11.

Drunk driver.

February 3

Common burglary alarm at Tanfasia/building sweep.

Assisted county, domestic.

In addition to 911 calls received, 12 citations were issued and 15 warnings. 34 parking citations were issued for the week.

Effective February 1, the Town of Bath Parking Enforcement Officer has begun enforcing the following regulations:

Expired parking meter violators will be issued a parking ticket. This ticket will be marked with the time of issue. If this vehicle has not been moved in three hours, a second ticket will be issued.
