School professional personnel changes
In school professional personnel news, Anne Helmick, teacher at Paw Paw Elementary School, was given an unpaid leave of absence, effective January 2 through the end of the day on June 1.
Joyce Riggs was employed as long-term Health/PE/ Safety Teacher at Berkeley Springs High School, effective December 13, 2006.
David Brown, Guidance Counselor, Paw Paw Schools, resigned, effective at the end of the day on January 19.
Joel Silver was employed as Teacher for Health, Physical Education, Driver Education at Berkeley Springs High School, effective January 10.
Substitute teachers
Lisa Osborne was selected as a long-term substitute sixth grade teacher at Warm Springs Middle School effective November 29, 2006 through February 28 during a leave of absence for Laura Harrington.
Mary (Makana) Ashelman, Margaret Hoffman, Lori Nice, Darlene Springer, Tina Badley and Terra DeMedici were employed as substitute teachers, effective November 29, 2006.
Jennifer Delawder was employed as a substitute teacher, effective December 12, 2006.
John Shirley, Lawrence Bish, Travis Lee, Julie Hendrickson and Nick Colberg were employed as substitute teachers, effective January 10.
Misty Kane was employed as a long-term substitute teacher at Paw Paw Elementary School effective January 22, during a leave of absence for Anne Helmick.
