Man sentencedin circuit court

A Berkeley Springs man was given a suspended prison term last week for entering without breaking into a residence in May, 2006.
Circuit Judge Gray Silver sentenced William Conrad Harrison Dailey, 46, of Pratt Street to one-to-10 years in prison, then suspended the sentence and placed Dailey on three years probation. He must also pay court costs and work 25 hours of community service.
Dailey was originally indicted last year for burglary, domestic battery, harassment and destruction of property.
