Tony Ray Flynn, 45, of Wilkes Street, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a year in jail – 10 months of it suspended – for violating a court protective order. He must also pay $411 fine & court costs.
Recent sentences by Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:
Justin Travis Garcia, 21, of Magnolia Road, Paw Paw, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $571 in fines & court costs for possession of a small quantity of marijuana and reckless driving (pled down from DUI).
