Classic Choice Realty merges with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties & Premier Homes
Effective January 1, Classic Choice Realty, based in Berkeley Springs, merged with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties & Premier Homes. The merger further strengthened the eight-office franchise of Coldwell Banker Premier Properties & Premier Homes, which is licensed to do business in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Classic Choice was founded in July 2005 by the husband-and-wife team of Nancy and Jim Fairall and, under the Fairalls, grew to employ as many as six agents.

Four agents from Classic Choice Realty moved to the Coldwell Banker Premier Homes' office at 200 South Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, where Lynn Perry is the sales manager. Both Perry and Nancy Fairall can be reached at 304-258-2200.

Nancy Fairall is the 2007 president of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors and has been an EPBR director for four years. At the state level, she has represented the Eastern Panhandle before the West Virginia Association of Realtors since 2005, serving on several state committees. She has been a real estate professional for nearly eight years.
Following the merger, the Coldwell Banker Premier Properties & Premier Home Berkeley Springs office boasts 17 employees.
