Town of Bath CpL. C.A. Pearrell reported these recent calls:

June 30

911 call for a shoplifting complaint at Roy's.

Complaint of an unstable adult male around the American Legion, searched the area, negative results.

Traffic stop 19 on Rt. 9 East for speeding/one adult male arrested for driving revoked DUI.

House alarm at 282 Wilkes Street/checked the area all secure.

Welfare check at Tari's for an unstable adult male. Subject transported to his residence.

Welfare check on a subject sleeping on the porch of 181 Wilkes Street.

Vehicle lockout at Ridgeview Subdivision.

July 1

911 call for electric wires down at 2 Congress Street. secured the area until Allegheny Power arrived.

Complaint of sidewalk blocked on Independence Street.

July 2

Complaint of illegal vehicle parked at Hunter's Hardware, had owner move vehicle.

Assisted a juvenile at the Berkeley Springs State Park, who had cut his foot.

July 3

Two vehicle accident on Congress and Mercer street.

Two vehicle accident on Rt. 9 East. Secured the area and assisted with traffic until WV State Police arrived.

Traffic stop 19 on Rt. 9 East for right of center, K-9 utilized and illegal prescriptions located.

In addition to 911 calls and complaints the BSPD Town of Bath Police Department issued the following:

Eight traffic citations, four traffic warnings, three arrests, 32 parking tickets, eight record checks and one accident.
