The case against Raymond William Miller, 30, of River Road, Berkeley Springs, was sent on to Morgan County Circuit Court after Miller waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender.
Eric Scott Swisher, 38, of Berkeley Springs was sentenced to a day in jail and ordered to pay $529 fine & court costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Jason Matthew Payne, 34, of Vineyard Road, Hedgesville, was ordered to pay $361 fine & costs for having no proof of vehicle insurance.
Christopher Ryan Stotler, 25, of Timber Ridge Road, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $236 fine & costs for reckless driving. The charge was reduced from DUI.

Shane Alan Ginevan, 20, of Lee Street, Paw Paw, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $286 fine & court costs for domestic battery.
Zachary Jordan Peacock of Starlight Lane, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and was ordered to work 180 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance. He must also pay $286 fine & costs.
Holly Yost Malcomb, 25, of Slonaker Lane, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of ten days in jail and was ordered to work 60 hours of community service for forgery. She must also pay $461 fine & costs.
Gary L. Gorsuch, 19, of Great Cacapon was given a suspended sentence of 10 days in jail and was placed on two months probation for destruction of property. He must pay $271 in fine, costs & restitution.
Leonard C. Stohl, Jr., 25, of Sticky Kline Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a day in jail and ordered to pay $504 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
