Robert Charles Fowler, Jr., 25, of North Timber Ridge Road, Cross Junction, Va. was sentenced to nine months in jail and ordered to pay $1441 fine & court costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages (second offense).
Herbert Allen Carpenter, 54, of Layton Road, Warfordsburg, Pa. was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on a year's probation for possession of a controlled substance. He must also pay $286 fine & court costs.
Tonya Lynn Riggleman of Paw Paw was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail and placed on a year's probation for battery. She must also pay $186 costs.
Charles L. Kline, 54, of Great Cacapon was sentenced to a day in jail and ordered to pay $529 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Robert Wesley Tyler, 48, of Sticky Kline Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a day in jail and ordered to pay $504 fine & costs for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Paul David Bailey, 57, of South Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $361 fine & costs for reckless driving. The charge was pled down from DUI.

Gary Allen Cooper of Anderson Lane, Martinsburg, was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay $286 fine & court costs for driving while his license was revoked for DUI.
Autumn Laine Simpson of Berkeley Springs was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on a year's probation for possession of marijuana. Simpson must also pay $186 costs.
Otillia Rae Carr, 60, of Fairfax Street, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on a year's probation for false pretenses. Carr must also pay $161 costs.
