Darlene Ruth McBee

Darlene Ruth McBee, age 55, of Augusta, W.Va., died on Sunday, December 30, 2007 at her home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.

Born April 26, 1952 in McConnellsburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Carl and Ruth Hobday Truax, and at their deaths, was adopted by her maternal grandparents, the late Ward Lester, Sr. and Myrtle Symarian Stotler Hobday.

She was of the Metho-dist faith. She attended Berkeley Springs High School. She had worked with Washington County ARC in Hagerstown, Md. for 11 years and for the last seven years with Wal-Mart in Winchester, Va.
