Bottle or tap?

Dear Editor:
As a frequent visitor, I was intrigued to read The Morgan Messenger’s front page article on February 27 about the water cooler debate for the county offices. I thought, that doesn’t speak too well for Berkeley Springs (the operative word is “Springs”).

The city water is renowned for its quality. You can soak in it at the state park and get a taste of it there, too. It even wins contests (see back page of the same paper). Usually businesses have water coolers because their tap water is dreadful. I vote for the tap.
