Joseph Aaron Coffman, 26, of Henry O Michael Road, was sentenced to 6 months in jail and combined costs and jury fees of $911 for second offense domestic battery.

Zachary Wade Emerson, 23, of Hancock, had 30 days jail suspended for one year probation, 32 hours of community service and $166 costs for failing to register as a sex offender.

David Michael Gerhard, 21, of Hedgesville, had 30 days jail suspended for one year probation and $266 in fines and costs for driving suspended/revoked for driving under the influence. He was also sentenced to $266 in fines and costs for driving suspended/revoked, non-DUI.
