Betty L. Conner

Betty Lou Conner, 78, of Hagerstown, Md., formerly of Berkeley Springs, died Thursday, February 7, 2013.

Born November 4, 1934 in Roanoke, Va., she was the daughter of the late Worley Delbert Nichols and Eva Alline Chumbley Nichols.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Susan Lisa Conner and two brothers, Jerry Nichols and D.M. Nichols.

She is survived by her husband, Ira D. Conner, Sr.; two daughters, Sharon Paulson, Hagerstown and Kimberly Colbert, Leesburg, Va.; one son, Ira D. Conner, Jr., Martinsburg and one brother, Charles W. “Billy” Nichols; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, February 16 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Berkeley Springs.
