Extension granted to The Country Inn

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Martinsburg has granted The Country Inn a 120 day extension to file a plan of reorganization. The Inn now has until March 18, 2013 to file the plan and a disclosure statement.

On December 18 a telephonic hearing (conference call) was held to consider the motion by the Inn for the extension and formal objections to the motion filed by two of the Inn’s creditors, the Town of Bath and CNB Bank.

After considering the legal representations, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Patrick M. Flatley granted the motion by the Inn and issued the order for the extension December 20.
