2013 State Travel Guide available
The 2013 West Virginia Official State Travel Guide is available free at Welcome Center locations statewide or by request.
Whether it’s shopping and dining, outdoor recreation and lodging or culture and history events and entertainment, the 2013 Travel Guide is arranged by state travel regions. This year’s cover photo showcases the evening sky above the State Capitol, ablaze with fireworks reflecting the celebratory spirit of 150 years of statehood.
The guide also includes a sesquicentennial theme featuring 150 opportunities to experience the Mountain State, 150 Reasons to Love West Virginia State Parks, and a Scout’s Guide to Family Fun welcoming the Boy Scouts of America and their families to the Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve later next year.
Published in cooperation with Miles, the company that has produced the guide since 2004, it was printed at Quad Graphics in Martinsburg.
