Joyce A. Bryner
Joyce Ann Bryner, 62, of Great Cacapon, W.Va., died Sunday, December 9, 2012 at her residence while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born November 13, 1950 in Confluence, Pa., she was the daughter of Hazel De Vault of New Middleton, Ohio and the late Kenneth Sumey.
She worked at London Fog in Hancock and at Reed’s Pharmacy in Berkeley Springs and in recent years was a homemaker. She was a volunteer at the Extended Care Facility at War Memorial Hospital and received the Volunteer of the Year award at War Memorial Hospital in 2011.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Larry M. Bryner at home; two sons, Gregory Scott Bryner, Wyomissing, Pa. and Curtis Michael Bryner, Great Cacapon; three sisters, Donna Baird, New Middleton, Ohio, Lois Mullins, Poland, Ohio and Kathy Heitzenrate, Edenburg, Pa.; one brother, Gary Sumey of Flordia; five grandchildren, Kelsey Bryner, Jamie Bryner, Cody Bryner, Joey Bryner and Cole Bryner and many nieces and nephews.
Services and interment are private.
