Kimberly Chapman and Charles Chapman of Berkeley Springs, announce the birth of their son, Brock Owen Darius Chapman weighing 5 lbs. 15 ozs. at City Hospital, Martinsburg on November 19, 2012. Maternal grandparents are Tammy Kendall, Big Cove Tannery, Pa. and David Kendall, Berkeley Springs. Paternal grandparents are Darius Chapman, Berkeley Springs and Debra Palmo.
