Country Inn files for bankruptcy extension

The Country Inn has filed a motion for a 120-day extension to file a Chapter 11 Disclosure and Plan of Reorganization.
The motion for the extension of a bankruptcy plan was filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District in Martinsburg on November 14, the day that a reorganization plan was due.
The Country Inn filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 on July 17, the day the Inn was scheduled to be sold at auction on the Morgan County Courthouse steps. That sale was canceled.
Creditors of The Country Inn have 21 days from the date of the extension motion to file an objection.
