Recent sentences from Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:
Dillion Munson, 20, of Rising Sun Lane, Hedgesville, was bound over to Morgan County Circuit Court after waiving a preliminary hearing on a felony charge of grand larceny.

Larry Scot Somers, 30, of Somers Lane, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on a year’s probation for possession of a controlled substance. He must also pay $191 court fees.

Wesley Andrew McCoy, 23, of South Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of six months in jail and placed on a year’s probation for domestic battery. He must also pay $166 fees.
