Recent sentences from Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:
Dean West, Sr., 64, of Cape Horn Road, Hampstead, Md. was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and placed on a year’s probation for intimidating a witness. He must also pay $166 court fees.

Ricky Lee Staubs, 23, of Turtle Lane, Hedgesville, was ordered to pay $777 in fines & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages and possession of a controlled substance.

Louise Haynes Kline, 50, of Hollida Lane, Martinsburg, was ordered to pay $366 fine & fees for driving with no proof of insurance.
