Jesse Ryan Cain, 28, of Carriage Court, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a year in jail and ordered to pay $697 in fines & court fees for joyriding, petit larceny and driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Penny Jo Baber, 37, of Amelia Street, Paw Paw, was sentenced to two days in jail and ordered to pay $191 fees for domestic battery.

Jason Eric Moore, 34, of Amelia Street, Paw Paw, was sentenced to two days in jail and ordered to pay $191 fees for domestic battery.

Anthony James Prato III, 35, of McCumbee Lane, Berkeley Springs was given a suspended sentence of a year in jail and placed on a year’s probation for possession of heroin. He must also pay $191 court fees.

Alvin Frank Chambers, 54, of Foxcroft Avenue, Martinsburg, was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Justin Henry Twigg, 29, of Skytop Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $352 fines & fees for improper passing and registration violation.
