Free program on wound care

War Memorial Hospital will present Health Hour with Dr. Charles Hyre on Thursday, November 8, at 7 p.m. in Education Rooms A and B at War Memorial Hospital, located at 1 Healthy Way off of Fairview Drive in Berkeley Springs.

Dr. Charles Hyre, a board certified general surgeon and certified wound specialist physician with Surgical Services of War Memorial Hospital, will present “Caring for Wounds.” Dr. Hyre will discuss types of wounds, how to take care of wounds, when to see a doctor for wound care, wound care services available and surgical services available at the hospital.
