Recent sentences from Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:
Kevin Lynn Yost, 47, of Fairview Drive, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail for domestic battery. He must also attend a counseling program and pay $191 court fees.

Steven Lecharles Kelley, 22, of Buchanan Trail, Greencastle, Pa. was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Shane Alan Ginevan, 34, of Paw Paw was placed on a year’s probation and ordered to pay $166 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Marvin Todd Hansrote, 49, of Martinsburg was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
