School personnel changes
The Morgan County School Board approved the following personnel changes at recent meetings:
Charles Higy was employed as a long-term substitute science teacher at Warm Springs Middle School during a leave of absence, beginning September 27 through the end of the 2012-2013 school year.
Charles Higy, Meaghan Willis and Sara Wuertenberg were hired as substitute teachers, starting September 27.
Patricia Unger resigned as substitute teacher, effective at the end of July 31.
Service personnel
Debra Baker was hired as a supervisory aide for Warm Springs Middle School. Jeremy Brock was appointed head baseball coach for Berkeley Springs High School. Brock resigned as assistant baseball coach for the school, effective at the end of September 28.
Anthony McBee was approved as aide IV for Paw Paw Schools, beginning September 27. McBee was removed from the substitute teacher list.
Janice Lee resigned as substitute aide, effective at the end of October 1.
Extra duty
Joan Willard was employed as mentor principal for Warm Springs Intermediate School and Paw Paw Schools for the 2012-2013 school year.
Gary McDaniel was hired as mentor for Warm Springs Middle School and Greenwood Elementary.
Matthew Tolliver was assigned as mentor to Warm Springs Middle School and Pleasant View Elementary.
Constance Dowrick was selected as mentor teacher, as needed.
After-school programs
Kevin Boles, Susan Hausrath, Paula Masters, Carrie Polliard and Kathy Seager were employed for the Warm Springs Middle School after-school program, as needed.
Temporary/part-time
Lani Grigsby was chosen as music accompanist and piano teacher, as needed.
Coaches
David Aberegg was named head track coach for Berkeley Springs High School.
Kathleen Stotler was selected as head boys’ basketball coach for Warm Springs Middle School.
Stephanie Young was chosen as assistant girls’ basketball coach for Warm Springs Middle School.
Dave Mundey and Tyson Bennett were approved as unpaid assistant wrestling coaches for Berkeley Springs High School.
Cody Hess was assigned as an unpaid assistant football coach for Berkeley Springs High School.
Ronald Bohrer was employed as assistant boys’ basketball coach for Paw Paw High School.
Holly Palmer was hired as girls’ basketball coach for Paw Paw High School seventh and eighth grades.
Amy Glascock was selected as cheer coach for Warm Springs Middle School.
Amy Emmerling resigned as Warm Springs Middle School cheer coach, effective at the end of September 20.
Michael Wilder was granted a leave of absence as assistant football coach for Berkeley Springs High School for the 2012-2013 school year.
Rustine Bingaman was approved for a leave of absence as Berkeley Springs High School assistant softball coach for the 2012-2013 school year.
Stephanie Young was chosen as an unpaid certified assistant girls’ soccer coach for Berkeley Springs High School.
Jesse Waugh was assigned as an unpaid certified assistant golf coach for Berkeley Springs High School.
Rodney Hovermale and Paul Quarantillo were named unpaid certified trainers for Berkeley Springs High School.
All school personnel changes are effective for the 2012-2013 school year, unless otherwise noted.
