Justin Kelley, 24, of Luther Michael Road, Morgan County pled guilty and was ordered to pay $162 fine and costs for public intoxication.

Wes McCoy, 23, of South Washington Street, Berkeley Springs pled guilty and was ordered to do 68 hours of community service or pay $500 fine and costs for possession.
