Gingold-Pill wedding

Jessica Andrea Pill and Ian Benn Gingold were united in marriage on June 2, 2012, at The Clarion Hotel in Shepherdstown. She is the daughter of Richard Pill, of Martinsburg and the late Linda Pill. He is the son of Dr. Glenn Gingold of Berkeley Springs, and Linda Chavis, of Charleston, S.C.

The courtyard double-ring ceremony was officiated by Reverend Susan Taylor. The bride, escorted by her father, wore “Adorae” by Maggie Sottero, an ivory satin strapless fit and flare gown with a sweetheart neckline, crystal beadwork, ruching enveloping the bodice and plummeting below the waist, buttons down the back, and a balloon hem train. She also wore a veil with crystal beadwork along the trim. She carried a bouquet featuring white callas, green roses, green berries and green spiders, wrapped in ivory ribbon.

Her bridesmaids were her best friends, Megan Richards and Nicole Stocking; her sisters, Shelly Cook, Shannon Gallo and Christy Pill; and niece, Amber Moats. Readings were done by Katie Pill, cousin of the bride; and Anne Kingery-Schwartz, sister-in-law of the groom. Programs were attended by Ashley Pill, cousin of the bride.

The groom wore a Calvin Klein, black tuxedo with a charcoal vest and an ivory tie, with a white calla and green hypericum boutonniere. His groomsmen were his best friends, Kwang Park and Paul May; and his brothers, Kevin Schwartz and Larry Schwartz. The ring bearer was Nikolas Malone, nephew of the bride.
The ushers were Todd Butts, brother of the bride; and Paul Gallo, brother-in-law of the bride. Luke Johnson provided the keyboard ceremony music. Photography was by Chris Jackson, and videography was by Paul Shirley. Flowers were by Depot Florist, and stationery by Eden Design. Transportation to Rumsey
Monument for photographs was provided by All-Star Limousine.

A reception was held inside The Clarion, with a five-tier stacked cake made by Shepherdstown Sweet Shop. Photobooth by Phantom Shadow. Coordinators were Jennifer Tinsman of The Clarion and family friend Carol Willingham. DJ services were provided by Rick Rohn.

The rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom’s parents, was held at The Bavarian Inn. A bridal shower, given by the bridesmaids, was held at Blue Moon Café.

After a honeymoon through the Florida keys and in Key West, the couple resides in Martinsburg.
