Recent sentences from Magistrate Kermit Ambrose:
Harry Oliver Bailey, Jr., 60, of Stoneybreak Road, Warfordsburg, Pa. was sentenced to 90 days in jail – all but 30 days of which were suspended -- and ordered to pay $191 court fees for possession of heroin and meth. He was also ordered to pay $519 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Matthew Wayne Kenney, 33, of Falling Waters was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Tamara Lynn McCusker, 34, of Carrie Lane, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to work 24 hours of community service and pay $191 fees for selling alcohol to an underage person.

Theodore A. Enss III, 45, of Enss Road, Marydale, Delaware was ordered to pay $492 fines & fees for reckless driving and driving left of center.

Robert Wayne Erskine, 53, of Falling Waters was ordered to pay $486 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
