Recent sentences from Magistrate Greg Miller:
Robert Scott Hafner, 29, of Martinsburg Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to one year and 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $332 court fees for domestic battery (second offense) and possession of a controlled substance.
Michael Alan Bland, 66, of Burnt Mill Road, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $632 fines & fees for driving while his license was suspended for DUI and having no proof of insurance.
Jerry Wade Golden, 32, of Indian Springs Road, Big Pool, Md. was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay $191 fees for domestic battery. After release, he will be on a year’s probation and must complete a counseling program.
John C. Mills, 50, of Central Avenue, Great Cacapon, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all but six of which were suspended, for destruction of property and disorderly conduct. He must also pay $382 fees and, upon release, will be on six months probation.
Robert Matthew Mills, 49, of North Washington Street, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $316 fine & fees for shoplifting. In lieu of the jail time, he must work 240 hours of community service.
Joshua Ivan Graham, 18, of Greenway Drive, Berkeley Springs, was ordered to pay $407 fines & fees and placed on six months probation for underage drinking and possession of a controlled substance.
Anthony Ray Hayes, 30, of Cohen Street, Beckley, was ordered to pay $241 fine & fees for battery.
Justin Allen Kelley, 23, of Luther Michael Road, Berkeley Springs, was placed on a six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.

Rodney Eugene Johnson, 46, of Nadenbush Lane, Inwood, was sentenced to a year in jail, all but 90 days of which was suspended, for petit larceny. He must also pay $451 fine & court fees. After release, he will be on a year’s probation.
Misty Dawn Clingerman, 32, of Highland Ridge Road, Berkeley Springs, was given a suspended sentence of a year in jail and placed on two years probation for petit larceny. She must also pay $371 fine & fees.
Raymond Edward Jarrell, Jr., 25, of Pack Horse Road, Winchester, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $827 fine & fees for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Joseph Edward Farrell, 20, of Peer Lane, Berkeley Springs, was sentenced to a day in jail and ordered to pay $211 fine & fees for underage drinking.
Jason Charles Thompson, 32, of Cashmere Drive, Martinsburg, was placed on six months probation and ordered to pay $191 fees for possession of a controlled substance.
Nathan Wayne Litz, 19, of Warcon Wilson Road, Swannanda, North Carolina, was ordered to pay $186 fine & fees for underage possession of alcohol.
