Diabetes Support Group meets

The Morgan County Diabetes Education and Support Group will meet Thursday, September 6 at 6:30 p.m. in Education Room B at War Memorial Hospital located at 1 Healthy Way off of Fairview Drive in Berkeley Springs.

Ancillary Testing for Diabetics” will be presented by Amanda Michael, D.O., of Michael Family Practice. Dr. Michael will discuss ancillary testing for diabetics such as the carotid Doppler ultrasound scan, stress test and other tests and procedures as they relate to diabetics.

The program is free and open to the public. Diabetic patients, their family members and caregivers are encouraged to attend.
