Barbara M. Roach

Barbara Marie Yost Roach, 93, Inwood, died Sunday, August 26, 2012 at her residence.

Born October 14, 1918 in Berkeley Springs, she was the daughter of the late Lafe and Bessie Unger Yost.

She retired from Corning Glass and was former owner of Parkside Grocery in Berkeley Springs.
She is survived by one daughter, Nancy L. Adams, Roanoke, Va.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephew.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lee Roach; one son, Donald L. Roach; two grandsons, Donald L. Roach, Jr. and Edward W. Ricker, Jr.; one brother, Richard Yost and two sisters, Rachel Michael and Mary Corbin.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, September 8 at 3 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Rev. John Brooks officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home, 2 to 3 p.m. prior to services.

Interment will be private.
