Alicia Fowler and Derek Bowers of Berkeley Springs announce the birth of their child, Gage Railand Bowers weighing 6 lbs. 8 ozs. at City Hospital, Martinsburg on August 5, 2012. Maternal grandparents are Kathy Fowler, Great Cacapon and the late Duane Fowler. Paternal grandparents are Dawn and Scott Faith, Berkeley Springs. Paternal great-grandparents are Linda Bowers, Hagerstown, Md. and Nancy Bloyer, Williamsport, Md. Siblings at home are Lacie VanGosen, Brandon Miller and Jullian Fowler.
