The case against Raymond William Miller, 30, of River Road, Berkeley Springs, was sent on to Morgan County Circuit Court after Miller waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender.

Town of Bath CpL. C.A. Pearrell reported these recent calls:

A morning fire destroyed a trailer at 137 Hatteras Lane, southeast of Berkeley Springs, on Monday, June 2. The investigation is continuing, but the fire is believed to be a case of arson, according to Assistant State Fire Marshal Patrick Barker.

We do have suspects at this time, Barker said.
