Cirka, the K-9 of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department, died at Winchester Animal Hospital on Saturday, October 13, after being rushed there due to internal bleeding.
A juvenile ATV driver was injured in a Sunday, September 23 incident where the victim’s ATV hit Sheriff Vince Shambaugh’s police cruiser during an investigation.
