The trial of Matthew Dean Smith has again been reset and will now be held on Tuesday, January 29, in U.S. District Court, Martinsburg, with Judge Gina Groh presiding.
Four people were sentenced and probation was revoked for a fifth by Judge Andrew Frye in Morgan County Circuit Court in recent weeks.
