Mildred L. Schumaker

1910-2013

Mildred L. Schumaker, age 102, of Berkeley Springs, WV and formerly of Webster, NY died June 8, 2013 at Berkeley Springs Rehab & Nursing.

She was born October 28, 1910 in Walworth, NY daughter of the late Henry and Martha Bendschneider Sander.

Mildred was a homemaker all her life and also retired from Wilmot Castle Company in Henrietta, NY with her husband, Louis. She was a lifelong member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church where she was baptized, confirmed and married.

She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn J. Williams and husband, Roger, of Berkeley Springs, Betty DeVolder and husband, David, of Bartlett, TX; grandchildren, Kevin Williams and wife Nancy, Tammara Williams, Julie Nagy, Andrew DeVolder and wife, Stephanie Rickabaugh; great-grandchildren, Ean and Elena Williams, Hunter and Dylan Nagy, Meredith and Jessica Rickabaugh- DeVolder; a niece Karen Tompkins and husband John; a grand-niece Christina Michaels and husband Christopher and a greatgrandnephew Maxwell.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Louis Schumaker and one sister, Doris Bach.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Webster, NY with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Penfield, NY.
